A method for manufacturing a ru inter metallic compound for a high temperature material having a single-phase structure is provided to lower the process costs by performing the encapsulation by using an Al material. A method for manufacturing a ru inter metallic compound for a high temperature material having a single-phase structure comprises (S1) a step for preparing a powder mixture by weighing Ru and Al powder or Ru alloy and Al alloy power; (S2) a step for preparing the powder molded body having the molding density of 50% or greater from the powder mixture; a step for performing the pressureless sintering of the manufactured powder molded body at 1,000°C or less under the inert atmosphere by using an electric furnace, or a step for performing the pressureless sintering of the manufactured powder molded body at 1,900°C or less under the vacuum atmosphere, or a step for performing the pressureless sintering of the manufactured powder molded body at a temperature less than 1,600°C under 30 MPa, under the vacuum atmosphere less than 10-2torr; and a step for performing the thermal process of the sintered body passing through the sintering process at a temperature less than 1900°C under inert atmosphere or vacuum atmosphere less than 10-2torr, or a step for performing the hot working nder the vacuum atmosphere or atmosphere. |
