A manufacturing method of fermented herb liquor is provided to preserve the intrinsic flavor of herbal medicine materials, produce transparent liquor, and simplify the manufacturing process. The manufacturing method of fermented herb liquor comprises the steps of: carefully selecting materials of herbal medicine; adding the mixed solvent consisting of 10-20 wt.% of alcohol and 80-90 wt.% of purified water into the selected herbal medicine material, and heating the mixture at 80-95 deg. C for 5-8 hours; concentrating the extracted effective ingredients under reduced pressure to prepare the extract; adsorbing the prepared extract to hydrous glucose to prepare the fermentation material; drying the prepared fermentation material with hot wind; and adding the purified water, koji, yeast and leaven, and fermenting the mixture. |
