<p>A power supply unit of a multi-type air conditioner is provided to prevent a compressor or a motor from being damaged by outputting power of 220V without the unbalance of 3 phases. An AC/DC conversion part(401) converts a 3-phase AC current to a DC current by rectification. A DC/AC conversion part(402) outputs single phase AC power of 220V by the DC power output from the AC/DC conversion part and N phase. A microcomputer(403) controls the DC/AC conversion part to carry out PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) of the DC power for outputting desired AC power.</p> |
