FIELD: food production process. ^ SUBSTANCE: sprouts are cut and blanched. Lettuce, green onions and green parsley are chopped and frozen. Wiener sausages are sliced. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with lemon juice, culinary salt, calcium citrate, mustard and hot black pepper under oxygen-free conditions. The resultant mixture and vegetable oil are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: improved digestibility (digestibility value = 1,2.105).
