A strut mounted structure of vehicle is provided that the layout setting is facilitated since the enough gap is secured between the tire and strut. A strut mounted structure of vehicle comprises a rubber bush(33) formed in the insulator(32), an inner pipe(34) inserted into the upper value part bush, and a strut pushing the bottom of the shock absorber(10) the car body inner side. The inner pipe is installed inclined to the axial direction of the rubber bush. The rubber bush comprises the groove formed in the inner circumference.
