A massage device that includes a hollow body that can be filled with a filler material and sealed is described. The hollow body is made of a material allowing elastic deformations of walls of the hollow body under applied pressure when the body is pressed against a human's back. The hollow body comprises a first pair of projecting portions connected by a central portion, a second pair of projecting portions connected to the projecting portions through connecting portions, and a neck portion connected to the projecting portions. The projecting portions are spaced apart from each other by a distance substantially equal to the distance separating the first line of the bladder meridian located on the left side of a human body and the first line of the bladder meridian located on the right side of the human body. Each projecting portion of the second pair extends axially outwardly from a respective one of the first pair of projecting portions and is spaced by a distance substantially equal to the distance separating the second line of the bladder meridian located on the left side of the human's back and the second line of the bladder meridian located on the right side of a human's back. |
