Tteok (rice cake) for tteokbokki (a broiled dish of sliced tteok, vegetables, seasoning, etc.) is provided to improve the preference of tteokbokki by enhancing appearance and texture. Tteok for tteokbokki is prepared by using a cereal, a pumpkin and a functional component. Preferably the pumpkin is added in an amount of 0.5-5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of a cereal, and the functional component selected from barley sprouts, sorbitol, xylitol, radish, carrot, etc. is added in an amount of 0.5-5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of a cereal. |
