SHARE PREDICTION DEVICE, SHARE PREDICTION METHOD AND SHARE-PREDICTION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for predicting a share of a next model commodity from an actual share of a present model commodity.

SOLUTION: An "uninvestigated attribute evaluation point/existing commodity group" estimation means 4 estimates an uninvestigated attribute evaluation point in each commodity of an existing commodity group such that a calculation share in each commodity in the existing commodity group including the present model commodity becomes most approximate to the actual share. A total evaluation point of the next model commodity is calculated based on an evaluation point of each level of an already investigated attribute of each purchaser, the level of the already investigated attribute of the next model commodity, and the evaluation point about an uninvestigated attribute of the present commodity. A "prediction share/next model commodity/new commodity group" output means 12 outputs a calculation share of the next model commodity in a new commodity group including a competing commodity and the next model commodity calculated by use of a "calculation share/commodity/commodity group" calculation means 8 as a prediction share of the next model commodity.
