<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a storage format from a predetermined condition, suppress consumption of a recording material, and automatically determine imaging mode desired by a user, when recording moving images before and after still image imaging. <P>SOLUTION: The circuit includes: a buffer memory 154 for temporarily storing an imaged image; and a moving image detection device 151 for detecting whether or not the imaged image is a moving image. It is judged in response to a detection result of the moving image detection apparatus 151 whether the imaged image is stored in a buffer memory 154 as a moving image or whether it is stored in a buffer memory 154 as a still image or both of the moving image and the still image are stored in the buffer memory 154. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
