<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation which has an accelerating action on the growth and division of skin cells, gingival cells and the like, in other words, has an activating action of physiological activity and a healing accelerating action on the damage of cells, and particularly activates damaged cells of the gingiva, the skin and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A mugineic acid-containing plant is subjected to lactic acid fermentation under acidic conditions, and in this lactic acid fermented product, yeast is proliferated under anaerobic conditions and a sea alga and a seaweed are added thereto and fermented to provide a fermented product. The external preparation comprises this fermented product and a green tea ashed product as cell activating components. The external preparation comprises mugineic acid and, in addition, various types of minerals originating from seawater such as calcium and zinc produced by the yeast fermentation of a sea alga or a seaweed or a mixture of both. Furthermore, from the green tea ashed product, components useful for the living body such as iron, magnesium, calcium, and silicic acid are supplied, and particularly ferric oxide and the like which are comparatively much present in the green tea ashed product and chelated with mugineic acid to easily become accustomed to the living body and to easily be taken in cells. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
