<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film printing flexographic printing plate which in thin-film printing of liquid crystal aligning films and the like, has an excellent transfer property without using a high-definition dot surface and is excellent in NMP wetting stability, plate cleaning properties after printing, and durability, a method for producing the same, a thin film, and a method for producing a liquid crystal display element. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to the flexographic printing plate characterized by an average plate surface roughness of 1-5 μm, and the method for producing the same, the thin film, and the method for producing the liquid crystal display element.
