PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint member capable of being applied to a various wiper arms and suppressing occurrence of scratch sound and abrasion during operation of a wiper device. SOLUTION: The joint member 10 mounted to a wiper blade body is equipped with a joint member body 11 having a pin hole, and an L-shaped member 17 which is pivoted with the joint member body 11 and can take a dropout prevention position and an evacuation position. The wiper arm 60 is sandwiched between a vertical part of the L-shaped member 17 at the dropout prevention position and a side surface 11C of the joint member body 11, and the movement to the direction that a joint pin 61 is dropped from the pin hole is restricted. A turning regulation part 19 abuts to the L-shaped member 17 to hold the L-shaped member at the dropout prevention position while it caves in the joint member body 11 to allow the L-shaped member 17 to take the evacuation position.
