Developed is a superoxidized solution that is safe and effective in its three embodiments: neutral, acid and alkaline, the solution including the addition of ozone which is currently known as a highly effective antimicrobial due to the antiseptic, disinfecting and antioxidant properties thereof. The solution is obtained by electrolysis in order to avoid drawbacks regarding the antiseptic action present in further products currently used such as tissue damages, corrosion to the area where the same is applied and environment damages, since the solution contains toxic chemicals. The neutral superoxidized solution is obtained as a first process by mixing the acid and alkaline solutions along with the ozone, the solution having an antiseptic and disinfectant power of rapid action against pathogen microorganism. The acid superoxidized solution is obtained as a second process including the ozone addition, said solution having an antimicrobial and disinfecting power, the superoxidized alkalin e solution being obtained as a third process including the ozone addition, said solution having an antioxidant power. The superoxidizing solution, along with the ozone addition, developed in its three embodiments: neutral, acid and alkaline is not corrosive and do not damage the soft tissue; it is a brine-base solution which does not generate toxic residues and is biodegradable.
