<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure having thermal fluctuation resistance and high recording sensitivity, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The structure comprises a plurality of projecting structural members vertical to a substrate. In the structure, the tip part of the projecting structural member has a curved shape and a magnetic body is continuously disposed at the tip part. The manufacturing method of the structure includes: a process for sequentially disposing a base metal layer and a layer to be anodically oxidized on the substrate; a process for anodically oxidizing the layer to be anodically oxidized to form a porous coating film having holes formed vertically to the substrate; a process for growing an oxide containing an element of the base metal layer from the bottom parts of the holes of the porous coating film to the height over a porous coating film exposed surface to form the projecting structural members each comprises a columnar structural part and the tip part having the curved shape; a process for removing a part or all of the porous coating film; and a process for disposing the magnetic body at the tip part of the projecting structural member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
