PREMIUM OFFER SUPPORT SYSTEM, PREMIUM OFFERING PROVIDER SUPPORT SYSTEM AND PREMIUM OFFER SUPPORT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to simply change an exchange rate of points to a premium.

SOLUTION: A premium exchange support system KSY is provided with a store system 2 of a provider for offering a premium to a customer as exchange with points and a data center system 1 of a second provider for wholesaling premiums to the provider. The data center system 1 is provided with a sales rate data input terminal 12 for inputting the sales rate of premiums to be sold by the second provider and a sales rate file distribution server 11 for notifying the store system 2 of the input sales rate. The store system 2 is provided with a store client 2A for calculating the number of points necessary for exchange with a premium on the basis of the sales rate of the premium which is notified from the sales rate file distribution server 11 and a POS master device 3A for applying the calculated number of points necessary for the exchange with the premium to a POS terminal 3B which is used for a clerk dealing with the customer.
