<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an announcement advertisement response information charging system and a method thereof for realizing perfect effect type announcement advertisement. <P>SOLUTION: The system has a means which enables a browsing person to input for response so as to make responses of purchasing, questioning, answering, applying, desiring contact, etc. to announcement advertizement information. The response information to the announcement advertizement information inputted there is collected and processed by a response information processor 30 and transmitted to an announcement advertiser terminal 10. Moreover, when judging the content of the information as effective response information, the announcement advertiser terminal 10 can request disclosure of information on the responding browsing person to the response information processor 30 to obtain. The response information processor 30 transmits the information on the browsing person to the announcement advertiser terminal 10 in response to the request for disclosure and charges for the announcement advertisement at the time.
