PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which reduces a sense of resistance in drying underwear outdoors and reduces the risk of underwear theft for many women who feel shy about drying their underwear and hesitate to put their underwear in the fishbowl or many women who have experienced underwear theft and hung towels and the like around their underwear as screens to give priority to drying by suppressing their feelings of shyness. SOLUTION: A curtain rail permitting a curtain to be attached around a drying device is attached and the drying device is given a screening function by the curtain. The curtain is shaped so as to allow ventilation, and a material withstanding direct sunlight for many hours is also employed for the curtain. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
