<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the crosstalk noise due to a line capacitance formed between parallel running wirings in an organic EL display device. <P>SOLUTION: An auxiliary capacitance 310 is provided for the purpose of an improvement of a write gain, and its one end is connected to a node ND121 and a node ND310 of the other end is connected to a power supply line 105DSL of an adjacent stage. The wiring distance between the write scanning line 104WS of the self-stage and the power supply line 105DSL is set to be large and the other wiring 304 connected to grounding wiring Vcath is arranged between the wiring. The capacity value of the line capacitance 302 formed between the write scanning line 104WS and the power supply line 105DSL is made smaller than heretofore. The phenomenon that the noise corresponding to the write drive pulse WS jumps into the node ND121 via the power supply line 105DSL of the adjacent stage and the auxiliary capacitance 310 can be mitigated, and the lateral crosstalk noise on the display screen based on the write drive pulse noise due to the line capacitance 302 can be reduced and prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
