The wiring distance between the write scanning line 104WS of the self-stage and the power supply line 105DSL is set to be large and the other wiring 304 connected to grounding wiring Vcath is arranged between the wiring. The capacity value of the line capacitance 302 formed between the write scanning line 104WS and the power supply line 105DSL is made smaller than heretofore.
