<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently clean contamination of air in a cabin of a motor vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The air-conditioning system for the vehicle is provided with an air passage 11 provided with a damper for opening/closing an external air suction port and extending into a roof 2; a suction port 12 of in-cabin air opened to an indoor side surface of the roof while communicated with the air passage and auxiliarily provided with a filter 13 for cleaning air; an air blowing port 9 communicated with the air passage and blowing the cleaned air passing through the filter into the cabin; a fan 17 for blowing the cleaned air from the air blowing port into the cabin; a contaminated air detection sensor 16 auxiliarily provided in the cabin; and control means 20, 21 for driving/controlling the fan and the damper when receiving the detection signal from the contaminated air detection sensor. When the control means receives the contamination detection signal from the contaminated air detection sensor, the damper is subjected to closing operation and the fan is driven to blow the cleaned air from the air blowing port into the cabin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
