PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor cooling device that achieves compactification and weight reduction of a cooling system by allowing a refrigerant to self-circulate, a motor cooling method, and a vehicle with a motor having the motor cooling device. SOLUTION: The motor cooling device is configured by providing: a reservoir tank 11 reservoiring a refrigerant; a plurality of refrigerant evaporation passages 12a-12f juxtaposed inside a stator 4 that becomes a heat-generating part of a motor 1; refrigerant condensation passages 13a-13f respectively made to communicate with each downstream side of the plurality of refrigerant evaporation passages 12a-12f; a refrigerant supply passage 15 for supplying the refrigerant inside the reservoir tank 11 by distributing it to the refrigerant evaporation passages 12a-12f via an upstream-side check valve 14; and a refrigerant reflux passage 17 for collecting the refrigerant passing through the refrigerant condensation passages 13a-13f so as to return it to the reservoir tank 11 via a downstream-side check valve 16. The configuration achieves compactification of a cooling device 10 by reducing a flow rate of a liquid-phase refrigerant by generating an oscillating flow in the liquid-phase refrigerant by a minute bias of each passage while achieving the self-circulation of the refrigerant.
