Disclosed is an acrylic elastomer composition containing 100 parts by weight of an acrylic elastomer (A), 5-300 parts by weight of silica (B), and 2-30 parts by weight of a liquid paraffin, silicone oil or fluorine oil (C), which preferably further contains 0.1-5 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent (D). By using 2-30 parts by weight of a liquid paraffin, silicone oil or fluorine oil per 100 parts by weight of an acrylic elastomer, this acrylic elastomer composition is improved in extrudability and roll processability without deteriorating the intrinsic heat resistance of an acrylic rubber. Consequently, use of other lubricants (processing aids) such as stearic acid can be reduced. |
