An intraocular surgery instrument has a storage bottle (21) for storing a perfusate, a hand piece (1) having an inlet (13) and an outlet (14) for the perfusate and also having an ultrasonic tip (11) for pulverizing an intraocular affected part, a supply pipe (6) for interconnecting the storage bottle (21) and the hand piece (1), and a discharge pipe (7) for discharging the pulverized intraocular affected part together with the perfusate from the hand piece (1). The perfusate is made to flow by supply pressure supplied from the storage bottle (21). From the point of view to further simplify the instrument and to further save energy, it is desirable that the head pressure caused by the height difference between the storage bottle (21) and the hand piece (1) be used for the supply pressure.
