A rotor (7) is mounted at right angle with respect to the guides. The rotor is displaced in a vertical direction, and is fastened to the rotor of a cutter (8) in the guides. The rotor is vertically and movably guided by the two parallel guides. The cutter is horizontally and movably fastened to the rotor.
