<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surfactant composition which has low Krafft temperature and excellent stability in hard water, is excellent in frothing property and persistence of bubbles and contains alkyl sulfate ester salt. <P>SOLUTION: The surfactant composition comprises an alkyl sulfate ester salt derivative represented by the following general formula (1): R-O-(PO)<SB>n</SB>-SO<SB>3</SB>M (in the formula, R represents a linear alkyl group having 8-24 carbon atoms; PO represents a propyleneoxy group; n represents an average mole number of added PO that is a number satisfying 0<n<1; and M represents a cation). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
