PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device capable of enhancing efficiency of assembly work and improving productivity. SOLUTION: This bearing device 10 is provided with a rolling bearing 11 constituted by arranging a plurality of rolling elements 15 between an inner ring 14 and an outer ring 13 and a fixing plate 12 fitted into an outer peripheral part of the outer ring 13 to fix the rolling bearing 11 in a housing. A locking groove 19 is formed in the outer peripheral part of the outer ring 13, and locking claws 21 protruding onto an inner side in the radial direction are formed in a plurality of sections at an equal interval in the circumferential direction in an inner peripheral part of the fixing plate 12. The inner peripheral part of the fixing plate 12 is fitted into the outer peripheral part of the outer ring 13 so that the locking claws 21 cross an outer peripheral face from an end part in the axial direction of the outer ring 13 to the locking groove 19 and are locked in the locking groove 19.
