<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a device of measuring a three-dimensional shape for improving measurement precision. <P>SOLUTION: The device 10 of measuring the three-dimensional shape measures the three-dimensional shape of a measuring object 12 by analyzing a stripe-like light pattern changing brightness in response to a position projected on the measuring object. The device includes: a moving unit 11 for arranging the measuring object 12 and provided with a measuring face 52 to which the light pattern is projected; a light projection unit 13 for projecting the light pattern on the measuring object 12 and the measuring face 52; and an imaging unit 15 for reading the light pattern as images. The imaging unit 15 projects the stripe of the light pattern so as to keep tanθ<SB>c</SB>+tanθ<SB>p</SB>constant in a region of the measuring face 52 being the measuring object when an angle between a line segment L<SB>0</SB>W<SB>0</SB>connected from a position W<SB>0</SB>to a lens 33 on the measuring face 52 and a vertical line of the measuring face 52 is θ<SB>p</SB>and an angle between a line segment connected from the position W<SB>0</SB>to the imaging unit 15 and a vertical line of the measuring face is θ<SB>c</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
