PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow outputting of an explanation about the function loaded on a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal includes an explanation information acquiring means which acquires explanation information that is text data containing an explanation about the function loaded on the mobile terminal, an explanation information registering means which stores the explanation information acquired by the explanation information acquiring means in an explanation information storing means while corresponded to the function loaded on the mobile terminal, an explanation information extracting means which extracts the explanation information corresponding to the function for which an explanation is requested out of the explanation information storing means in response to an explanation request about the function loaded on the mobile terminal, and an explanation information outputting means which outputs the explanation information extracted by the explanation information extracting means.
