PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack wherein a cost for making an electric apparatus cope with functional restrictions can be reduced, and an electric apparatus and a remote control system. SOLUTION: The battery pack 2 which is connected to a main body 3 of the apparatus to supply electric power to the main body 3 of the apparatus includes: a wireless tag 22 which receives an indicating signal transmitted from a remote control device 4; a secondary battery 21; connecting terminals 201 and 202 which are connected to the main body 3 of the apparatus to supply power outputted from the secondary battery 21 to the main body 3 of the apparatus; and a charge and discharge controller 261 which prohibits at least one of charge and discharge from the secondary battery 21 by turning off at least one of switching elements Q1 and Q2 according to the indicating signal received by the wireless tag 22.
