PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable headrest which does not need to have bellows or the like to keep a good appearance and has a simple structure. SOLUTION: The movable headrest H, provided with a main headrest 1 for supporting the back face of the head part of a seated passenger and secondary headrests 2, 3 which are provided on both sides of the main headrest 1 and joined in a manner to relatively rotate in the front-back direction with respect to the main headrest 1 for supporting the side faces of the head part of the passenger, is equipped with a stay member 6 protruding from end faces 1a, 1b of both sides of the main headrest 1, the tip part 64 of a round bar shape which extends in the vertical direction and is provided at the end of the stay member 6, and a connecting member 7 which is provided on the secondary headrests 2, 3 and is rotatably connected to the tip part 64.
