PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize exchange system capable of providing prizes a game parlor desires and facilitating the prize exchange for users. SOLUTION: When a reservation fixing terminal 50 set in the game parlor receives selection of a prize package the game parlor desires from among a plurality of prize packages preset in a prize management device (D54), the reservation fixing terminal 50 requests the prize management device to register the selected prize package. The prize management device, receiving the request, registers the selection of the prize package in the game parlor, and transmits prize information on prizes included in the registered prize package to a prize display device in the game parlor.
