PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable resin composition capable of being efficiently cured with an ultraviolet energy, and capable of protecting a cured film and a base material against a photocatalytic reaction. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises a radically polymerizable fluororesin having a structural unit represented by formula (1) (wherein, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>may be the same or different and each a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group or an aryl group), a photopolymerization initiator having an absorption peak at 380-400 nm wave length, and a photocatalyst having photocatalytic activities.
