A roller for controlling the coating amount is provided to lower the weight of the roller and to improve deflection of the gravity direction of the corresponding roller. The first pipe(100) consisting of the first material is coated by the photosensitive material. The second pipe(110) consisting of the second material is fixed to the inside of the first pipe. The second pipe is formed with the CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics) material. The second pipe of the CFRP material and the first pipe are fixed to the interlaced side(120). The interlaced is made by the normal thermal process on the second pipe of the CFRP material.
