A fixing element(230) is coupled with the other end of the clamp for fixing the clamp at a predetermined position(250) in a vehicle body. The spring supporting part is formed in the corresponding shape to an outer surface of the pipe and has an opening(211a) at a side to be fitted outside the pipe.
