Apparatus for tire puncture and the pneumatic tire including the same are provided that the protective coating is formed on the tire inside as the sealant is sprayed inside the tire. An apparatus for tire puncture comprises a chamber member(20) including an internal space(21) in which sealant is injected, a check valve(30) inserted to the inside of the chamber member, a pressure pipe(40) passing through in the exit of the check valve. The pressure pipe moves the rim with the inner liner of the tire inside and the check valve is opened. The sealant of the chamber member is sprayed to the inner surface of inner liner if the check valve is opened.
