A manufacturing method of an environmentally friendly fiberboard is provided to effectively adsorb and deodorize volatile organic compounds and formaldehyde using silicate mineral with strong adsorptive power, and to reduce use of wood by using rice straw together with coniferous tree chips. A manufacturing method of a fiberboard comprises a first step(S10) of cutting rice straw and coniferous tree chips in respective crushers; a second step(S20) of mixing the cut rice straw and coniferous tree chips to a mixing ratio of 8:2, and refining the mixture in a high temperature refiner; a third step(S30) of coating the refined material with an adhesive; a fourth step(S40) of coating the adhesive-coated material with a silicate powder solution; a fifth step(S50) of drying the silicate powder solution-coated material; and a sixth step(S60) of heating and pressing the dried material in a press. |
