An unmanned automatic steamer for meat is provided to save labor cost of worker and decrease risk of scald due to steam vapor by using the unmanned automatic steamer. An unmanned automatic steamer for meat comprises a metal main housing(1-1) which shapes a container, a plurality of sub-housings(1-2) connecting both ends of the main housing, a first steam tank(2-1) and a second steam tank(2-2) installed in inner space of a sub-housing, a columnar steamer(3) mounted on the first, and the second steam tank, a heating source(4) supplying heat, a driving unit(5) which is for rotating of the steamer and elevating the heating source, a water supply unit(6) supplying the water to the first, and the second steam tank or discharging the water from the same and a control unit(7) controlling operation of the driving unit and heating source. |
