A screw type fixture for the dental implant is provided to prevent the absorption of bone and to promote the synostosis by distributing the stress concentrated on the cortical bone to the stress on the spongy bone. A screw type fixture(2) for the dental implant comprises an upper body part(23a) which is adhered to the cortical bone mainly after implantation; and a lower body part(23b) which is adhered to the spongy bone mainly after implantation, wherein the fixture comprises a first big screw groove(232), a first big screw thread(231), a first small screw groove(236), a first small screw thread(235), a second small screw groove(238), and a second small screw thread(237). The number of the screw thread of the second small screw thread formed at the first small screw thread is greater than that of the first small screw thread formed at the first big screw thread, and the outer circumference of the lower body part is inclined downward.
