<p>The method involves generating alarm information for indicating improper operations of a processing system (1) on a process level (3), and defining the alarm information during an operation of the processing system. The alarm information are assigned to a value or another value as a dependence value, and current process conditions of the processing system are determined. The alarm information are not brought to a display in response to certain process conditions, where the former value of the alarm information is assigned as the dependence value.
