An electro-luminescence pixel, an electro-luminescence panel including the same, and a device and a method for driving the panel are provided to present the image of the uniform luminance by correcting the threshold voltage of the thin film transistor, the threshold voltage of the light emitting diode and the variation of voltage on the supply voltage line. An electro-luminescence pixel comprises the first thin film transistor(MN21), the capacitor(CSt21), the second thin film transistor(MN22) and the third thin film transistor(MN23). The first thin film transistor controls the current amount flowing in the light emitting diode connected to the first supply voltage line. The capacitor stores the control voltage supplied to the gate electrode of the first thin film transistor. The second thin film transistor stores the pixel driving signal on the data line in at the capacitor. The third thin film transistor charges the capacitor with the threshold voltage of the light emitting diode, the threshold voltage of the first thin film transistor and the difference voltage and the resultant voltage of the supply voltage on the first supply voltage line.
