A card issuing system and a method thereof are provided to record authorized career authentication information of a customer in a card to issue the card, so that the card can have an authorized certificate function as well as a simple payment unit. A card issuing system(10) comprises as follows. A member information storage unit(30) stores a customer's credit information and authorized career authentication information. According to credit scores calculated based on the credit information and the authorized career authentication information, a card computer server(20) calculates and stores the customer's credit rating, and issues a card according to the calculated credit rating. |
