An online traditional Oriental medicine information system and an online traditional Oriental medicine information service method are provided to guide/display positions for acupuncturing on a human body model based on a 3D engine, and to suggest menus and exercise treatment as making counseling reservation and storing guided diagnosis and treatment. A management information module(121) provides online reservation functions for each patient to each user. A payment management module(122) approves online payment of a traditional Oriental medicine information site to assign a usage right. A member authentication module(123) authenticates whether a user is a member of the Oriental medicine information site, and assigns an access right. A self diagnosis module receives a reply for questionnaire data, and perceives symptoms and constitution based on the received reply. An acupuncture treatment module enables a medical prescription suitable for the constitution and the symptoms to be written. A menu treatment module provides menus suitable for the constitution and the symptoms. An exercise treatment module provides exercise treatment. An acupuncture guide module(128) displays acupuncture positions in a 3D way.
