A waterproof construction method for forming a crack following layer on a waterproof coat using aggregate sedimentation is provided to reduce an economic loss due to defect repair by preventing a water leakage occurring in the existing waterproof construction method, and to secure the utility of an indoor space stably. A waterproof construction method for forming a crack following layer(100) on a waterproof coat using aggregate sedimentation includes a liquefied waterproof material and aggregate(20) having the larger specific gravity than the liquefied waterproof material, a crack following layer formed by applying the aggregate mixed with the liquefied waterproof material on a base(30) and making the aggregate settled to the lower layer with the passage of time, and a waterproof coat layer(102) formed to exist the liquefied waterproof material only on the upper layer.
