A heating apparatus using solar energy and a thermoelectric element is provided to heat water by operating the thermoelectric element with the voltage generated from solar energy. A heating apparatus using solar energy and a thermoelectric element comprises a solar battery module(20) which supplies the drive voltage for the thermoelectric element by using sunlight, a battery(30) charging the electrical energy, a heat exchange pipe(40) heat-exchanged with a heater of the thermoelectric element, a hot water tank(50) in which the warm water is kept, a temperature sensor sensing the hot water temperature in the hot water tank, a water pipe supplying water to the hot water tank, a water level sensor installed within the hot water tank, and an electronic valve which is installed at the water pipe in order to regulate the water supply. |
