The machine (1) has a clamping device (5) for clamping a round material (60), and including a main clamping box forming a parallelepiped body, where the box is provided with a central cavity. A V-shaped clamp mouth is arranged laterally in an upper part of the box. A control lever (50) is arranged below the box. A conjugated clamping box is connected to the cavity of the main clamping box by a declipsable axis. A traction spring ensures closing force necessary to implement a cutting and grinding process of the material.
