<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise resulting from a leakage current of a switching element, in an image detection apparatus having an image detector in which many pixels, each having the switching element are arranged into a matrix form. <P>SOLUTION: At a timing prior to the time of reading out electric charges from a storage capacitor 5 via a switching element 4 of an image detector 101, the reference potential of the storage capacitor 5 is varied by a variable Cs power source 106, and a leakage current flows amply, prior to reading out of an electric charge signal from the image detector, and thereby the leakage current is amply reduced at the reading out of the electric charge signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
