<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electrical waves from failing to be transmitted or received even if a substrate or an antenna is bent and to make it possible to use a thin and flexible substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device has an antenna made of a superelastic alloy material or a shape-memory alloy material formed on the entire surface of at least one side of a flat flexible substrate, and a circuit formed in a thin film transistor connected to the antenna.
