PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication piping for transporting hot water, having sufficient heat insulating performance and being manufactured at low costs, with respect to the communication piping for transporting hot water between a water heater and indoor equipment for heating such as a hot water mat. SOLUTION: This communication piping for transporting hot water is composed of a pair of tubes 1 as a going pipe for supplying the hot water from the water heater to the indoor equipment for heating, and a returning pipe for collecting the hot water from the indoor equipment for heating to the water heater, and a heat insulating material covering the pair of tubes. The heat insulating material includes an inner heat insulating material 2 and an outer heat insulating material 3 respectively constituted by rolling a strip-shaped base material sheet composed of cross-linked polyolefin foam and having a thickness of 4-8 mm in the width direction, and fusion bonding its longitudinal end portions. The tube 1 as the going piping is covered by the inner heat insulating material 2, and the tube 1 covered by the inner heat insulating material 2 and the uncovered tube 1 are covered by the outer heat insulating material 3.
