PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing device with a rotating speed detector, for securing sealing performance by improving the air-tightness of a fitting portion between an outer member and a sensor holder. SOLUTION: The wheel bearing device with the rotating speed detector comprises: the sensor holder 19 pressed into the end of the outer member 5 and formed of a synthetic resin with injection molding to embrace a rotating speed sensor; and a magnetic encoder 27 having a rubber magnet magnetized with peripherally alternate magnetic poles N, S by mixing magnetic powder therein and facing the rotating speed sensor 28 via a predetermined air gap, wherein a seal 9 is mounted between the sensor holder 19 and an inner ring 2. A metal ring 30 is integrally joined to a fitting portion of the sensor holder 19 with insert-molding. The sensor holder 19 is pressed into the outer member 5 via the metal ring 30. The metal ring 30 has a bent portion 31 and a locked portion 30a formed at the end, and the locked portion 30a is locked to an annular recessed portion 5c formed in the inner periphery of the outer member 5.
