PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which has woody texture due to a rugged pattern formed on its surface and is excellent in stain resistance. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet has at least a pattern layer 3 on a substrate 2, a primer layer 4 on the pattern layer 3 and a surface protection layer 5 to coat the primer layer 4. The decorative sheet is characterized in that the surface protection layer 5 is a cross-linked curable resin composition, in that the primer layer 4 contains synthetic resin beads of 5-30μm in mean particle diameter, in that the synthetic resin beads project upward of the primer layer 4 and is coated by the surface protection layer 5, and in that protrusions are formed in the protection layer 5.
