A self-righting toy is provided to induce interests of a user by operation of an action part according to the number of the inclination action. A self-righting toy includes a case(200), an action part(100), a control part(220), and an inclination switch(230). In the case, the space is formed. The action part is connected to one side of the case. The control part controls movements of the action part. The inclination switch is formed on the inside of the case and delivers a signal into the control part after sensing inclination of the case. An LED part(240) is installed on the case to distinguish the case in the outside and turned on by the control part. The control part receives the signal from the inclination switch, and then turns on the LED part.
